We do our best to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over
the weekend will be mailed the next business day.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Your delivery time will depend on location and chosen delivery method (standard, expedited, overnight, etc.). Most orders typically arrive in 4-7 business days. We will send you a shipment notification with a tracking number when your package is mailed. Please use the number to track your shipment and see the estimated shipping time. You will also receive a delivery notification when your package has been delivered.
HOW CAN I GET FREE SHIPPING?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $60 anywhere in the US.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Standard shipping and handling in the continental US is a flat fee of $5 dollars. For all other orders, you will get a quote for shipping before you complete your order.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. Right now we ship to Europe, Canada, and Mexico. We're currently working towards global shipments.
We genuinely hope that LUNAESCENT becomes an essential part of your skincare routine. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns for full credit within 30 days in original packaging.
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. To return a product, please send an email to email@example.com to notify us of your intent to return an item or items. Please include your name, the items you plan to return, and the reason for the return. Returns must be shipped back and in transit to our warehouse within 14 days of the return request confirmation in order to process a refund.
Please note that refunds are processed after your return has been received. Once your returned order is received and processed, you can expect a refund within 5 to 10 business days to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded, unless the return is a result of our error, in which case we will email you a return label to print out and use.
We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately and will cover the cost of shipping the faulty product back to us. Please email customer service as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 562-666-2273 in the event you receive damaged or incorrect products.
International orders: We can not provide free return labels for international clients. International return shipping fees are not covered by lunaescent.com.
